Appearance:
Flint is quite average height mobian with beak and red hair with spiky hair. His feathers would be red orange with color with red markings, imitating flames coloring. He usually wears black leather coat along with gloves and boots.
Before alterations, Flint had black feathers.

Personality:
Flint is hot-head and a thrill seeker, constantly searching for trouble, be it Eggman’s robots or fighting other gangs. However, he does have a softer side to him, as he enjoys to relax with Chaos and animals.
Bio:

A gang member who got caught into Cebil’s experiments. After escaping, he took identity of “Firehawk”, claiming it to fit to his new powers, and began to run a gang in Station Square, trying to also expand to Mobotropolis with moderate success.

Origin Notes:

• Was already a Gang Member when he got captured by Cebil.
• Has Pyrokinetic powers due C.H.A. (Chaos Harnessing Augment) Experiments with Chaos Energy and Flame Wispons’ Hyper-Go-On Power
• Leader of the Firehawk Gang.
• Practices Extreme Gears.

Skill Set:

• Fighting Skill: Getting into fights all a time has made Flint experienced fighter, and while he prefers to use what he can get his hands on, he is also known to fight without weapons time to time.
• Heat Resistance: Flint is, thanks to his abilities, resistant to fire and high temperatures.
• Extreme Gear Use: While not as skilled as the Babylon Rogues, Flint still is near impossible to catch once he is on Extreme Gear.

Equipment
While Flint rarely wields weapons, he does in fights usually grab a pipe or weapon of the opposing gang members in fights. He has salvaged Flame Wispon he can charge with his own Hyper-Go-On Power.

Power:
Pyrokinesis: Flint can both produce and control fire from his body, usually from his hands. These flames don’t burn him or his clothing, and he can even use them to make small explosions to fly and remain in air for long periods of time.

Weakness, Fears and Other Disadvantages:
Flint is awful swimmer, and cannot use his abilities properly in water.

Appearance:
A feline mobian with dark grey fur, nougat muzzle and yellow eyes with black scalara. Originally, eyes were normal, but Cebil’s experiments with Chaos Energy caused the eyes change color in process.

While in civilian, he wears black light gear underneath a leather coat, and a black watch with grapple attached to it for support. He also has boots, made of leather with black straps.

For missions and combat, he wears camo-green outfit with matching boots and gloves, with wrist computer to help him to remain updated on the situation. Depending the mission, he swithes head gear to suit the situation; helmet, goggles, gas mask, targetting vizor, combat mask and headset.

Personality:
Despite his ”Rough” look, Omen is actually quite friendly towards people, and helped people when asked. He also is quite protective towards his younger sibling. On missions, however, he has shown he can keep his cool; although mention of Cebil makes his blood boiling, so to speak.

After escaping Cebil’s laboratory during a rampage of C.H.A.-01, Omen became focused to take down Cebil’s operation and bring the evil monkey to the justice, working on different groups – mostly those associated with the Knothole’s rebellion members, to undermine any Eggman project they found out, hoping to find clues about Cebil while at it.

Bio:
A feline mercenary and enemy of both Eggman and Cebil the Capuchin who was once later’s test subject for Chaos Energy. Experiment gave him ability of precognition he uses as support during his missions.

Origin Notes:
- Used to live with his sister.
- Mobian from one of towns Cebil’s forces attacked and destroyed.
- Was 2nd person on who Cebil experimented upon.
- Has grudge towards Cebil.
- Works these days as a mercenary/freedom fighter.

Skill Set:
Combat Training: Omen has experience in combat tactics as well as hand-to-hand combat.
Espionage Expert: Omen is quite subtle, and can even without his combat gear move quietly to his target locations.
Weapon Training: On his training, Omen studied different weapons.
Short-range precognition.

Equipment
- Modified Wispon, mix between Blaster (White, basic one) and Lightning;

• On close-combat, Omen can wield it as a whip and even use it to latch on objects on to objects.
• On longer range it has function of a beam pistol.

- Combat Gear: Omen has a variable combat gear, made of durable but light materials that gives him some protection from Badnik’s weaponry, as well as goggles and gas mask.
- Hand Computer: Omen has a hand computer attached to his glove, which he can use to hack the doors or security cameras as well as secure intel from computers. It can also administer a weak electric shock when required; perfect for silencing Badnik silently.

Power:
- Flash Precognition: Thanks to Cebil’s experiments, Omen got ability of Flash Precognation, or how he calls it, ”Preflex”; According him, he can see couple of secounds ahead, which gives him tactical advantage on his mission. When he uses the ability, eyes glow yellow.

Weakness, Fears and Other Disadvantages:
- Too long use of Preflex makes Omen’s eyes hurt and make it difficult to see things.
- While he can tolerate it, Omen is not very good with the large areas of water.
- Due his grudges, can lose sight of his mission to get Cebil.
- Omen constantly worries over safety of his sister.

The Machine grimaces as the God brings their fist through his chassis, and with a colossal roar and blinding light he was rendered from existence... Or so everyone thought.. The cry of the Titan may have brought the menace to an end forever on his own world but the power he brought out had shattered reality, flinging the heart of the Machine through the 5th dimension....

...It was a normal day in the Spotlight world, though it may not be so for much longer... In the outskirts of a quiet area, the ground would begin to shake as the leaves began to rustle... the sky would darken as a rift in the fabric of reality would begin to spew lightning and power though it eventually culminating in a flash of bight light! This eruption creats a collossal energy surge that pulses outwards able to be picked up by most detecting technology...

When the light clears, it shows a mile-wide creater that was almost perfectly spherical as if something simply erased the matter contained within... a faint red glow would be noticible in the very centre of this crater... Little did anyone know what this crystal could be capable of...

"Everyone deserves the chance to be the best that they can be, I was given that chance and I am going to be the best hero that I can be, and you have that chance too! Let's make the world a better place!" - Static the Hedgehog to Robie when they first meet

Static the Hedgehog is a hero through and through, an indomitable spirit that strives to make a better world for all those around him, he hates seeing people sad and will beat up anyone bad!

Static started his life as an introverted yet kind boy, he was friendly and fiercely loyal to his friends and always hoped that he would be able to make a difference in the world, he got that chance when Eggman began his conquest of Mobius at the start of Sonic forces, he would meet the famous Blue Blur himself, as well as meet his lifetime friends, Cinder and Spikey during his tenure as a Resistance Fighter.

Backstory

Hero Awakens

When Eggman's Empire first invades, Static would find himself descended upon by Eggman Mechs, fearful for his life Static would call upon his powers for the first time, summoning a bolt of lightning from the sky that destroys the robots around him, this spurs him on to start to take the fight to Eggman and endeavour to liberate his home.

Disclaimer: Static in my personal story is written as the Avatar Protagonist of Sonic Forces, if that is not allowed then I have supplied an alternate story


Forced into Action

After making a bit of a name for himself, he would be recruited by the Leader of the Resistance himself to rescue Sonic the Hedgehog from the Death Egg, he would go on to team up with Sonic on multitple missions and go on to defeat Infinite and Eggman, sending the former into the unknown void and the latter to who knows where...

He would part ways with Sonic, inspired by the hero to continue to fight for what is right, but on his own path.. he would take his friends Cinder and Spikey and eventually Robie on new adventures to make the world a better place!

Alternate Story

Static would still meet his friends, and would make a name for himself helping in the background, taking out as many Eggman institutions that he could, he was only inspired more when he heard that Sonic was rescued from the Death Egg and desperately wanted to meet what was his figurative idol at the time.

Static would join the final assault of Eggman's Stronghold, watching Sonic as he and the Rookie destroy Eggman's final mech, celebrating with his friends. He would finally meet Sonic after he parted ways with the Rookie and would tell Sonic of all that he's done because of people like the Blue Blur inspiring him, Sonic would return the flattering with praise and more inspiring words. Static would continue to fight for what is right, but on his own path.. he would take his friends Cinder and Spikey and eventually Robie on new adventures to make the world a better place!

Appearance:
   -Fur: Electric/Golden yellow
   -Eyes: Magenta, bright glowing yellow (When using powers)

Powers and Abilties:

   -The Omega: He is the phsyical embodiment of the natural force of electricity, while he can access related powers connected to electricity he does not use them prominently
      -Electrokinesis: the ability to manipulate electricity and related forces, he is adept at controlling pure electronic power and can withstand an unknown measure of electric current with no injury to his person, if anything electricity empowers him.
         -???: An ability that he will not unlock till years to come, he will fulfill his destiny and unleash his hidden power..

   -Lightning Speed: Being an embodiment of electricity, Static has learned to run at speeds comprable to Sonic the Hedgehog if slightly slower at least during his tenure as a Resistance Fighter (also due to some rule involving no one can be faster than Sonic for some reason).
      *Lightspeed?: An ability where everything around him can appear to be standing still, this power is exceptionally draining on his stamina and energy.. He cannot use this ability often or at all if already exhausted (most likely not at all given the mentioned rule)

   -Lightning Reflexes: Being able to run at incredible speeds has also given him the reflexes to react at those speeds, though these relflexes do not necessarily work when he is not moving at those speeds.

   -Lightning Force: Static can accelerate his movements while fighting to make his attacks carry much more force that they normally should, this abiltiy is used when he is in combat with someone he wants to defeat quickly.

   -Lightning Blows: Static can sheath his body in electricity to give his attacks a shocking touch, he can raise the current and power of this to whatever is the limit of his own power at the time and could be bolstered by outside forces.
      -Static Strike: Static summons and then catches a bolt of lightning in his hand, creating an explosive charge in his fist before detonating it by colliding his fist against whoever he was intending to use it on, this amount of power can actually hurt him as well as drain him of energy.

   -Lightning Aura: being an embodiment of Lightning gives his resistance to energy-based attacks, he is practically immune to electrocution and can brace himself to resist other energy-based attacks, though they will still hurt!

   -Indomitable will: Static lived a life of hoping to make the world a better place, nothing and no one can make him think otherwise, while he isn't immune to magic he cannot be influenced by mind control.

Attire:

Black socks, white gloves, black spiked wristlets and red shoes with a lightning-themed magnetic buckle.

Miscellaneous

Static can be a bit naive in his nature, he wants to see the best of people and will give even the worst villains a chance to change their ways.. obviously this is a trait that can be used against him... However if you scorn him then you will be given no second chances, as a friend he is fiercely loyal but as an enemy he will make you wish he wasn't.

Static sort of abandoned his life before his powers, he doesn't like to talk about it to the point where he forsook his birthname and thinks of his new name as his true name... It is unlikely that anyone would know him from before he was Static but it would he would be very disarmed to be confronted about it.

Static and most of my other characters are not available for romance as they already have pairings when they are older.
